Youth club Pre-school

our feedback...

In April 2008 we sent out 43 questionnaires to our parents to check how satisfied they were with our Pre-school. 28 were returned and here are some of the results:

100% of respondents felt they were...

• happy with the pre-school overall
• welcome and at ease
• given the opportunity to settle their child in a way that suited them
• provided the opportunity to talk to their child's key worker
• given regular information about activities and invited to take part

over 50% of respondents..

• choose Youth club Pre-school as a result of a personal recommendation
• listed our 'friendly staff' as the thing they liked most about the pre-school

"staff are wonderful, always loads of activities going on"

"I like seeing the children smiling at the beginning and the end of each day"

"My son enjoys himself and feels happy and safe, what more could I ask"

"Very well run great facilities"

"Welcoming, My child is very happy and learning so much"
